Hi, I’m Alicia Fairbourn! I’m an illustrator who enjoys dreaming up expressive characters, layered environments, and scenes that feel both magical and familiar—sometimes with a touch of gentle humor tucked in.

Lately, I’ve been especially drawn to children’s books—there’s something really special about the way pictures and storytelling come together to create an experience that stays with you. I love building worlds that feel like you could step right into them, the kind you might want to linger in just a little longer.

My work often grows out of time spent sketching, experimenting with traditional materials, and noticing small details—like how light filters through a window, or how an ordinary moment can turn into a tiny adventure.
